One Little Hour, A Long Time

Slice 14

Thank you to the Two Writing Teachers
for hosting the 9th Annual SOLSC
The time.
Change.
WIDE Awake...10 things in between:
Reading Green Eggs and Ham, again.
     Asking about itch cream...
     Talking about stuffy friends
     Rearranging them, again.
Getting out the sleeping bag and laying on the floor...
     Asking about yawning.
     Talking about friends at school.
Setting the alarm clock and turning on the colors.
Sharing how much love there is...
Counting sheep, what comes after 39?
Asleep.
The time.
Change.
1 hour later.
A lot happens in one little hour.

  1. Love how you structured this. It is amazing how much can be fit in the hour, isn't it?

  2. A sweet slice! A lot does happen in an hour. Thanks for slowing it down so we could appreciate it right along with you.

  3. I love this structure too. I could feel the days gone by with my girls. Sleep tight!

  4. Oh this time change! MAN, OH MAN! I had to wake Isabelle up for school today and bring her breakfast there so she could eat it (or she would've been late). Thankfully, I can let her sleep in a bit tomorrow. :)

  5. I love how you set this up. So much can happen in just 60 minutes and you've captured it so well. :)
