Scaling the wall of academic growth this year...

What will you do differently this year to help your students "scale" the wall of academic achievement? Think of this especially in terms of what you can do differently when conventional methods of instruction aren't helping your students progress to where they need to be...just like the little squirrel in the video, the big squirrel didn't give up helping even though it knew the conventional way of scaling the wall just wasn't going to work...outside help (other ways of teaching something) is sometimes necessary...
