#Believe-my OLW for 2015

One. Little. Word.  I have been searching desperately for you.  I have searched my heart and soul and even my head...you were still missing...and then-

I found you!

I reflected on my #OLW from previous years:  balance and listen.  Those words served me well.  I started thinking that I needed a word that would lead to be more self-confident and believe in me.  I needed you to guide me this year as I work at being more confident and trusting in my abilities and what I know I am capable of in my heart through all aspects of my life.

Luckily, two of my friends helped me to find you.  I told them I was searching and considering and they know me so well that I trusted them and revealed my weakness.  I am a chicken.  I am scared and afraid and not a risk-taker at all.  You will help me get there.  I did a word map from visual thesaurus and here is how you looked from there:

I found you in some lyrics too that captured what I need from you...thanks to Josh Groban for putting these words together-from the movie Polar Express...

Believe in what your heart is saying,
Hear the melody that's playing
There's no time to waste!
There's so much to celebrate...
Believe in what you feel inside
And give your dreams the wings to fly
You have everything you need
if
you
just
BELIEVE!

So, thank you, One. Little. Word.!  for finally appearing for me.  I will keep you in my heart all year!

  1. Love this OLW Amy! Such power it will hold for you -- when any doubt creeps in, think about your OLW! Love the graphic too -- did you create it? I like that you posted it on your sidebar too! I think that's a great idea!

  2. 'Believe' is a big word that you can easily adapt to your needs. I like how 'trust' and 'accept' tie to it. I hope that your word will serve you well and help you to find the confidence.
