A garage door that goes up
A car that starts
Gas for the car!
Snarl-free drive to work
Kids smiling and opening the door when my hands were full
Clean building, Happy secretary, Working pen on sign-in board

All this and more after just 3 hours,...for all this and more I am thankful...
