I can't believe how far behind I am...I have so much exciting news to share with the world. My sweet son is getting married! He is marrying a sweet, beautiful and talented woman (Hallee). I am thrilled that the two of them met, have been dating and are now engaged to be married in June.
I can't believe I am a "MOG"-mother of the groom. I have been looking and looking to choose the dress that will be best for the wedding! No luck so far-but a new one is coming in soon. I will share more detail if it's the one I decide to keep.
I can't believe I am helping them with making decisions about a honeymoon! They picked a beautiful place by the sea to enjoy each other's company and grow together as a couple. I am so excited for them. I remember how much fun a honeymoon was back in the day.
I can't believe he will be moving away to a place of his own forever. Finding an apartment or house is difficult these days. I hope God blesses them with a special place of their own sometime soon.
I can't believe I get to do all the fun things-plan wedding stuff, rehearsals, showers, events and surprises. And through it all-the thing shining through is love! Love is patient, kind...
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
